No real mystery to who this is...

EDIT: Okay, decided to finally tell what happened to Sarra here Prepare for a long explanation, because I might get very detailed with it.
In an Rp I had, Sarra died because she drowned, due to the fact that she can't swim at all. Anyways, since I really don't like my characters dying, and couldn't use the excuse that she's immortal and can't die like I did when I first made her, I decided that her body would be "recycled", while her spirit would wander off to do whatever.
Now, an evil genius found her body(how I'm not sure though yet) and decided that it still had enough of a small spirit in it to bring back to life, but not enough to rebel against him. Being as the body was weak and/or damaged in some parts, he fixed them up with robotic parts.
Originally, he just fixed one of her eyes, one of her arms, her waist, and one of her legs. But during training, the other leg had something wrong with it, so it got replaced too. Then he decided that he'd rebuild two of her quills and her ears, so she'd look more "natural", so he could send her out without arousing any suspicion. But of what little free will she had, she wore a hooded sweatshirt to hide her quills.
Now, the one eye he fixed was originally just a black screen, with a small light and camera working as an eye(like Metal Sonic's eyes).
Then, she got nearly all her free will back after a while, and ran away from him. However, she ran out of energy, and she had damaged her robotic parts, and rested somewhere where she thought she wouldn't be found. She woke up to someone familiar staring at her in disbelief.
*fastforward moment*
The person, who turned out to be her younger sister Marshie, fixed her up. After a while, her screen eye stopped working, and while doing who-knows-what while looking for somone, her normal eye got scratched out, so for a while, she was completely blind. Marshie upgraded her screen eye to the robotic eye she has in the picture, and nothing yet was done about her other eye.
So... She ended up with a good portion of her body
being robotic.
